Updates on Health and Safety and the current plan.

March 15th, Friday. Discovery Hotel, Leeds, 15 Bishopgate Street, LS1 5DY.

Filming:  Arrive at 11am. Assuming I'll be there 2 hours.

Permission: Just went back to the hotel, they've just sent me the email with regards to filming, I'll forward it after this.

'March 16th, Saturday. Elland road.

Filming time: 11am-?

Permission: Uncertain.

March 19th, Monday. White Hart. Beeston, LS11 1BZ.

Filming time: arrive about 5ish - finish when interviews are done. After this going to go the 'club' to recce the club, speak to people and the owners about potentially coming in on the Leeds Millwall game, or to ask when the best time to come in to interview people.

Permission: Emailed last week and no answer. Stephen (the person I have met in The Hart) told me he's going to ask the landlord as he's a local. I have a feeling the landlord might say no, but Stephen is confident the Club will let us film, therefore we could conduct interviews there and get permission as soon as I hear back from The White Hart.

March 30th, Saturday. Holbeck Bowling Club. 25 St Anthony's Rd, Leeds LS11 8DP

Filming time: 2pm - 6pm.

Permission: Going to speak to them on Monday the 19th/ask Stephen. Stephen said the club will definitely be okay with it, if we can't get permission from the pub, we might end up doing an interview in the club on Monday instead, and bringing all the forms for them to sign.

April 6th, Saturday. Merrion St, Leeds LS2 8NG.

Filming time: 2:30 - 5pm.

Permission: Spoke to the two guys that work in the shop, fine with being filmed. Been put in contact with 'James Mooney' who will either say yes or no. His secretary has sent an email on my behalf, I've just connected with him on LinkedIn and asked about permission. Just waiting for him to reply.

Other Locations with undecided when to film:

Fish and Chip shop.

intention: Go on a non-busy day, interview the people that work there.

Time of thinking to film: Sometime between March 20th - April 9th. Not weekends, not match days.

Other potential Interviewee:

Julie Timble.

LUSC Media Officer, runs a Leeds United Supporters Club. Going to speak to her on the phone probably next week.

intention: Perhaps come to an 'event' with the group she runs, interview her about why she loves Leeds.

To do list:

Call the White Hart if Stephen doesn't come back quicker enough. If they say no, organise permission to interview in the club.

Call/visit fish and chip shop, ask about interviewing and permission.

Continue to contact Julie Timble, organise a date, time and place.

Print a list of questions to ask the fans.

Print location and consent agreements.

Test with the new equipment (sound recording).

Check when we've booked out the equipment on Friday.

Keep trying to get permission to film outside the stadium and shop.

Get cutaways of Leeds United related things, also a static shot of Elland Road from afar.'
